Custom Grillz Turnaround Time and Remake Policy Packet

1. Turnaround Time Policy

• Plain Gold or Silver Grillz: 2–3 weeks

• Other Metals: Additional time may be required depending on sourcing availability.

• Grillz with stone setting, engraving, 3D design, gemstones, diamonds, or enamel: 5–6 weeks.

• If a mold or fitting fails once, a remake will be required, adding up to an additional 4 weeks.

2. Remake Policy

• Remakes are charged at 50% of the original price.

• Reason: Metal loss occurs during casting, requiring new gold or silver.

• Remakes require fresh materials and full skilled labor.

• Process includes melting, casting, cleaning, polishing, and fitting to the mold.

• Remakes add up to 4 additional weeks beyond the standard turnaround time.

• Example: If your original grill cost $800, the remake fee is $400.

3. Rush Order Policy (7 days)

• Standard turnaround for plain gold or silver grillz is 2–3 weeks.

• Rush orders guarantee completion within 7 days after receiving a proper mold and confirmed

design.

• Rush fee: $175 (payable at the time of completion).

• Rush orders are not available for grillz requiring stone setting, gemstones, diamonds, enamel,

or advanced customizations.
