DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Why We No Longer Accept Deposits

As a service provider, my commitment is to honor and render every service that is booked with

Hella Tooth Gems & Grillz. To ensure fairness and accountability, we have transitioned to

requiring full payments at the time of booking rather than deposits.

This change helps prevent last-minute cancellations, ensures that booking times are respected,

and allows us to prepare properly for your customized service.

If a cancellation is necessary, it must be initiated by the customer. In this case, your payment will

be held as a credit that must be used within 90 days.

Please note: If a customer initiates a chargeback instead of following our cancellation policy,

they will no longer be eligible to book services with Hella Tooth Gems & Grillz.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our services, the value of our time, and the

fairness of our booking system for all clients.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments

As of August 31, 2025, deposits are no longer required for Teeth Whitening or Tooth Gem

Services.

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations will not be refunded, but a credit will be applied towards future services.

* Credit must be used within 90 days of the cancellation date.

Refunds

No refunds are available for:

* Custom orders

* Tooth gems (including gold, diamonds, and opals)

* Teeth whitening services or products

* Custom Grillz

Grillz Fitting Policy

If your custom Grillz fitting does not meet our quality standards, we will gladly remake it.

Clients are responsible for **50% of the original Grillz price** to cover material loss.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time only.

Any additional rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your payment/credit.

30-Day Tooth Gem Guarantee

Applies to **crystal tooth gems only**.

If your gem dislodges within 30 days, you are eligible for one complimentary replacement.

Excludes Opals, Diamonds, and Gold Gems.

Guarantee resets after each new scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No refunds will be issued for Teeth Whitening or Tooth Gem Services.

Special Tooth Gem Policy: Gold, Diamonds, & Opals

Refunds are not available for gold, diamond, or opal gems.

If a gem becomes dislodged and retrieved, we will reapply it at no additional cost.

If a gem is lost or swallowed, you are eligible for a **30% discount** on your next gold gem

purchase.
